Protecting Your Heart Health

February is American Heart Month! We teamed up with Dr. Timothy C. Lee, MD, MPH, FACC, a cardiologist specialist, to create this short video about protecting your heart health and preventing heart disease.



What you can do to protect yourself from heart disease:

  • Increase the fresh fruits and vegetables, and reduce the sodium intake in your diet.

  • Maintain a healthy weight.

  • Be physically active.

  • Avoid smoking.

  • Limit alcohol intake.
